Thanks for your interest in being part of the Outreach Events Talent Team, whether your an Author, Athlete, Celebrity, Speaker, Comedian, Specialty Act or Musician, this page will give you the details of what we look for in professional talent.

Outreach Events is a “content provider” for local churches, helping them to create invite-able events that the un-churched in their communities would be compelled to attend. If you are looking for a management company, there are many excellent ones out there, however we currently do not offer this type of service. Due to the fact that we only contract high-level national talent, we currently DO NOT have an "Artist Development" program, please contact CLASSERVICES for training and development services.

We match our talent with the needs of the local church to develop a truly memorable event for them. Outreach has over 40,000 church clients and we are constantly looking for unique and relevant ways to help them reach their communities for Jesus Christ.

At the current time we are not soliciting additional talent to our roster, but from time to time we do add new talent that meets specific criteria. Please read this page in it's entirety and follow the submission process as listed below. Submissions received that do not meet the minimum requiements or that do not follow the process as specified will NOT be considered for inclusion on our team. Any materials that are offensive and/or not God-Honoring will be returned and will not be considered.

What we look for in Talent:

Christ-Honoring- You need to have a strong walk with the Lord and be able to articulate your faith journey. Your walk must match your talk, our performer’s live the same life behind closed doors as they do on stage. You should have a personal relationship with a pastor from your church and be able to share your testimony and a gospel presentation.

Top-Quality- Your performance whether it be comedic, speaking, music or special in nature should be high quality. Our performers typically have national level credentials including:

• National Television/Movie Exposure
• National Recognition
• Well known and respected in their field

Or other talents that would allow you be on par with other similar type national performers. Just because those on our current roster know who you are does not automatically qualify you for inclusion on our team.

Relevancy- Your craft and message are relevant. We look for performers’ who have a distinct secular appeal, those who can draw the un-churched into a local event whether it be in a church or in a secular venue.

Uniqueness- Each of our talent bring something unique to the table, something that only they can offer. Your presentation must be totally unique in nature.

Professional- We only bring on talent that considers this their primary occupation. At the current time we do not offer a talent development program, therefore no amateur or inexperienced talent will be utilized.

What we DO NOT look for:

Church Humor- Any comedy that makes fun of the church or denominational issues.
Any crude humor- Including gender bashing, radical slurs, obscenity, sexual content or swearing.

Non-Relevant Content- We do not add talent unless we feel that thier content meets certain criteria and the presentation would have a broad secular appeal.

Presentations geared towards the Churched- Our primary focus is to help churches build invite-able community events (i.e.: events that the unchurched would likely attend) and the associated content, therefore we do not promote "Internal Church" type presentations/events. The material must have a broader secular appeal. (the one exception is evangelism training).
